As part of its celebration of this year’s Buwan ng Unibersidad, the University of the Philippines (UP) commended Gina Rose L. Chan and Neilda S. Jimenez (Loyalty Awardees) of the UP Center for Women’s and Gender Studies (UPCWGS) and retiree Ma. Lourdes V. Entong of the Kalinga Day Care Center (KDCC) during the Parangal at Pagkilala sa Kawani at Retirado 2026 on 10 June 2026 at the Benito Sy Pow Auditorium, UP Diliman College of Architecture.
Organized by the Office of the Vice President for Administration (OVPA), the event aims to honor the administrative staff; research, extension, and professional staff (REPS); and officials of the UP System Administration who are retiring from the University. It also seeks to recognize staff who have served UP for more than 10 years.
