As part of its celebration of Women’s Month, the University of the Philippines Center for Women’s and Gender Studies (UPCWGS) hosted The Femprov Series: Feminist Improvisational Theater Games and Experiments on 24 March 2026 at the UPCWGS Conference Room.
Conducted in partnership with The Femprov Series; The Riot Actors; Maki-improv, Huwag Matakot!; and Time’s Up Ateneo, the event brought together feminist improvisers and facilitators from the Philippines, India, Malaysia, Korea, and China for a day of workshops, performances, and a lively community jam. Through play, humor, and collective storytelling, they explored new ways of creating, connecting, and challenging dominant narratives.
